When you register, your account must first be approved by an administrator. This typically happens within 24 hours. Once approved, you can log in.
If agreed upon, you’ll receive free credits to test the platform.
Otherwise, go to the Billing section of the app to choose a plan and get credits. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Plans & Credits
Plans renew monthly or quarterly, unless cancelled.
If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current period. Credits stay valid during that time but your plan will not renew.
Users on an active plan can purchase add-on credits if needed. Add-ons are not available for cancelled plans.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Please note: once deleted, all remaining credits are lost.
